MENTAL TRAINING
You have three tasks ahead of you. If you do them correctly, you will achieve almost anything in your life!
Let’s start with your life goal, which is the most important! Take a blank sheet of paper and write at the top the age you wish to reach in health, happiness, and wealth.
Next, create an image of yourself on that last day of your life. How do you feel? Who is with you? What resources do you have? Write this down on the paper. This way, you will know where you are heading.
Now we can move on to the other so-called “intermediate” goals. They are divided into three types.
1. Short-term goals: These are the ones you want to achieve in the next few days or weeks, e.g., starting short walks or introducing a few minutes of daily education about finances.
2. Mid-term goals: These are specific skills or levels to reach in a few months, e.g., mastering a stress management technique or learning how to deliver a business presentation.
3. Long-term goals: These are the most ambitious ones you want to achieve within a year or longer, e.g., attaining a managerial position or building your own house. Often, a long-term goal is maintaining your wealth.
FIrst go for HOLISTIC HEALTH CIRCLE TEST and than create goals for each aspect of holistic health.
Remember that no matter how far you are from your goals, it’s important to consistently strive towards them. If you sometimes fail to achieve them within the set time, don’t worry! Extend the deadline and keep working on them. The key to success is consistency and dedication!
This task is CRUCIAL. It involves writing down on a piece of paper five strong reasons why you should achieve your life goal and all intermediate goals.
The stronger the reasons you find, the better for you. The more powerful emotions they evoke, the greater your self-motivation will be.
Regularly review your reasons, occasionally asking yourself, “Are my reasons strong enough?”
The answer will surely be reflected in your regularity in action. If you frequently let go or interrupt your efforts, it means your “WHY” is weak.
Your task is to act systematically and monitor your progress. You can do this with the help of a planner, calendar, or a simple schedule created on a blank sheet of paper. In our other training sessions, you will find all the skills that will make it easier for you to take action and achieve your goals.
Thank you for your activity in DuoLife store, which allow us to develop our Club and create new training programs.
