STRESS MANAGMENT

Discover few effective methods for coping with stress.

Expressing gratitude evokes positive feelings, which lower the level of cortisol, the stress hormone. What should you be grateful for? If you have a roof over your head, you can already be thankful that you are in a better situation than 150 million people worldwide. Express gratitude even for small things, such as being able to see, hear, speak, and having arms and legs.

Hugging increases feelings of security, calms, helps to relax, and reduces anxiety because it triggers the release of oxytocin in the body, which lowers cortisol levels, the hormone associated with stressful situations.

A supportive environment is crucial for minimizing daily stress. Feeling safe and belonging is key to mental and spiritual health. The Total Health Club is a place where you’ll find people with positive vibes.

Contact with nature is healthy because it allows us to relax and recharge, reduces stress and tension levels, supports mental health by improving mood and well-being, and encourages physical activity, which benefits our physical health.

Healthy eating reduces stress by detoxifying the body from toxins and providing essential nutrients that support hormonal and nervous balance, thereby enhancing resilience to stress. Additionally, nutritious meals can improve mood and energy levels, aiding in stress management. Raw vegetables and fruits are the best fuel for the body. We also recommend natural supplementation such as herbal-vegetable-fruit juices, which complement dietary gaps to ensure all necessary nutrients are provided in the right form and quantity.
