SELF LOVE
Here are a few steps you can take to learn to love yourself in small steps:

To learn to love yourself, you have to go through a difficult journey, especially if you were not taught this skill from childhood. Many people grew up in environments lacking a healthy lifestyle and self-respect. Your subconscious might not accept such strong words as “I love myself,” so first, we will teach you how to like yourself. What truly influences how much you like or love yourself? Your beliefs about yourself, how often you do things that bring you joy, and the environment you surround yourself with.

And now perform this simple task: Take a piece of paper and a pen, and then write down all the activities that bring you joy and that you like to do. These can be healthy hobbies and interests, such as reading a book, cooking, walking, listening to music, or cycling. After listing these activities, choose a few of them and enter them into your Google calendar or a paper planner. Consistency is key, even if the time investment is minimal.

Effective affirmations are words spoken aloud to yourself in conjunction with positive emotions. You can evoke positive emotions by expressing gratitude after completing an activity from the list. Simply thank yourself for the time spent with yourself and enthusiastically say several times:
“I like myself more and more every day.”
Affirmation is consciously talking to yourself to reprogram old, destructive beliefs from childhood.

The environment we are in has a huge impact on our self-esteem and self-love. The relationships and interactions that surround us can either build our self-esteem or destroy it. Positive support, acceptance, and understanding foster increased confidence and self-worth, while toxic relationships or negative environments can lead to doubt and self-rejection. By choosing an environment that supports and inspires us, we can better develop healthy relationships with ourselves. Remember, we create such an environment in the Total Health Club.
