First and foremost, it’s crucial to be aware of who you are forgiving. Recognize that when you forgive others, you do it for yourself. Forgiveness is like a cleansing rain for your soul. It’s an act of liberation where you grant yourself the right to peace and freedom from the burden of the past. By forgiving, you not only heal the wounds in your heart but also open doors to new possibilities. It’s a strength that allows you to rise above pain and restore inner balance.
What awaits if you don’t forgive? By not forgiving everything and everyone, you ultimately harm yourself. You allow that person to maintain control over you, even if they are thousands of miles away. Why? Because they affect your well-being. What emotions accompany you when you think of this person, or when someone mentions them to you? If they’re negative, you’re in a losing position.

The visualization method involves imagining a situation where you encounter someone on the street whom you have already forgiven. If you can cultivate a sense of calmness during such an encounter, it means you have won!
