Duolife Compensation Plan

Welcome to the presentation of the DuoLife Compensation Plan, where you’ll learn how we reward our club members. The key message from this slide is that the success of every DuoLife club member is not guaranteed but fully dependent on their personal efforts and commitment.

 

We have 3 distribution channels. Retail Customers are individuals interested only in the products. They pay 100% of the market price. The second way is to register your purchase under your recommending person’s link. The third way is the Club Member status, offering many benefits and the lowest purchase prices.

 

Club Member status is achieved by making a registered purchase of at least 250 points. This equals approximately 110-120 Euros. The initial advancements within the company’s structures require personal activity at the level of 250 points. From the Team Leader position onward, a minimum activity of 500 points is required. The Accounting Period runs from the 16th of each month to the 15th of the following month.

 

The first method of earning is through margin commission. As a Club Member, you have access to the lowest wholesale prices for products. Upon registering a new Club Member, you receive approximately 15% commission from their first order. If you resell a product to your customer, you earn around 30% of the product price.

 

Discount commission is granted to active club members. Different commissions are paid at various levels. On the first direct level, we receive a 5% share of the point turnover, and on the second level, 4% of the point turnover.

 

The unique compression mechanism operates in such a way that when calculating commission discounts, only active club members are taken into account, thereby eliminating empty levels.

 

Now, let’s delve into the career plan. Personally, I adore components of a compensation plan tailored for individuals who enjoy competition and the opportunity to earn without limits. In essence, advancement is contingent upon the volume of turnover we generate with the team, while adhering to a few principles. I’ll illustrate this using the Team Leader as an example.

Becoming a Team Leader is a fantastic position because from the earnings, we can get products for ourselves and our families, and we start to experience an additional budget in our household. To become a Team Leader, one must generate a turnover of 8,000 points while maintaining the 60% rule. This means that with a minimum of 3 active lines at 500 points each, the largest of them cannot exceed 60% of the turnover required for advancement. In the position of Team Leader, 60% of 8,000 points is 4,800 points. This implies that a maximum of this turnover will be considered for advancement, and the remaining 3,200 points must be achieved in the remaining 2 lines and personal turnover.

 

The percentage of compensation ranges from 4-36%. As you’ve noticed, a minimum of 3 active lines is required for the position of General Director.

 

 

If the qualification requirements for a certain position, which has already been achieved previously, are not met, a grace period is granted according to the visible table.

 

Upon reaching the position of Regional Director and above, you participate in the Global Point Turnover DL and receive shares, which are then converted into a bonus.

 

MB Bonus allocates 70% of the commission from the club structure for the Director/President position for distribution among seven generations of Directors/Presidents up the recommendation lines.

 

The Compensatory Bonus is another form of compensation granted to positions from Regional Manager and above. Depending on the achieved position, the Compensatory Bonus represents a certain percentage of the total point turnover from the open line of another club member in your structure who also achieves the same or higher position as you in the same Settlement Period.

 

Directors and Presidents at DuoLife have the opportunity to open an additional account with a new ID number. This allows for the development of additional sales groups and consequently the possibility of higher earnings. The higher the position, the greater the number of new accounts.

 

Incentive Programs offer additional benefits resulting from commitment. What works for us is the wonderful atmosphere and recognition, which, based on cars or trips, generates tremendous interest.

 

Personally, I drive my sixth car, which significantly facilitates my activities, proving that it also works from a financial standpoint.

 

Traveling together with the top performers twice a year is very motivating for me.

 

Spending time with co-founders is another level of luxury on a catamaran. A private chef and exploring different corners of Croatia make it an unforgettable experience.

 

Events like the Business Development Seminar are highly effective meetings with co-founders, top leaders, providing a comprehensive overview of what we do, why we do it, and the results we achieve.

 

The Loyalty Bonus is rewards within the motivational program. The larger the regular orders, the greater the bonuses in the form of products. On the slide, you can see at what point thresholds you will get another opportunity to choose a reward.

 

The Fast Start Bonus is another opportunity to earn money. Most people who join the club do it as something extra, aside from what they do on a daily basis. Those who achieve their promotions to Team Leader or Team Manager positions in the right time will receive extra money for their speed. I know many people who have succeeded in this.

 

A bonus like never before in DuoLife’s history. One Million Points equals approximately 250 thousand Euros of additional compensation for rapid advancements within the company’s structures. This is an incredibly intriguing matter, so sit down with your Leader and work on it diligently. Make sure you understand how to acquire the individual parts of this bonus by advancing to specific positions.
