CLOSING

Closing is a simple question aimed at revealing the further intentions of the person we have been conversing with. Through soft closing, you can verify which people are ready to cooperate now and which are not.

REGISTRATION

We are the ones who register people.
Registration is the first workshop with a new person. Inform the new person about this (offer help even if they say they will do it themselves).

When registering a person during an offline (in-person) meeting, send them the registration link.

We register the person using their smartphone, so they can easily enter their password, make a transfer, etc., later.

When registering someone remotely, ask them to share their screen (e.g., via Messenger or Zoom) and help them enter all the necessary data.

If someone insists on doing it themselves, send them the link to Virtual Presenter – how to register on a PC and offer help if they need it.

After registering a new Club Member, meet with them and ask:

What are your expectations of the Club? What do you want to take care of (health, development, finances)?

Guide them through the FIRST STEPS OF A CLUB MEMBER, paying special attention to giving the Club Member what they need at that moment, and inform them that if they are ready to take further steps, you are there to help.
